Flow State Mornings are intimate, small-batch Hatha Vinyasa Yoga sessions held every Saturday morning in the beautiful, breezy space of Mama Loca, right in the heart of the city.
To be in a flow state is to be fully immersed and focused on an activity — to the point where you lose all sense of time and self-consciousness. Hatha Vinyasa mat flow is a dynamic practice that combines breath with movement to build strength, balance, clarity and induces that state of immersion.
Each powerful one-hour session helps release the fatigue of our urban bodies, expand the limits of our fitness, and deepen focus, attention, and balance — the true bedrock of success. Once you find this flow on the mat, you’ll feel it carry into your work and life too.

Sherry is a 500-hour TTC-trained yoga instructor from Bhagsu, near McLeodganj, with over 15 years of yoga practice and teaching experience across Singapore, Tbilisi, Almaty, Langkawi, and Tel Aviv. Her teachings blend traditional and global approaches to Yoga, designing flows which cater to contemporary sentiments.
