Meet Your Instructor — Sherry

Sherry is a 500-hour TTC-trained yoga instructor from Bhagsu, near McLeodganj, with over 15 years of practice and experience teaching across Singapore, Tbilisi, Almaty, Langkawi, and Tel Aviv.
Her approach blends traditional yoga with modern movement sciences — including pilates, functional training, and bodyweight strength — to create balanced, results-driven mat workouts that feel good and deliver visible change.
